Our gorgeous pohutukawa is here! Alongside kowhai and manuka, we have made these miniature objets d'art to represent our vibrant, firework flowers from Aotearoa. Each of these flowers has been crafted to resemble realistic pohutukawa; with long, protruding stamens in vibrant red, with deep yellow pollen at their tips. A deep green calyx forms the base of each flower.

Under the high heat of a specialised torch, glass has been melted and sculpted into flowers and leaves, through the process of lampwork. Complex techniques have been used to form realistic forms. Every piece has been made by Selma in her studio.
These mini flowers measure around approximately 20mm high by 30mm wide including the base of each flower and copper stems/ wires and are approximately 9cm long.
