Introducing Awa. This new season collection represents the emerald green rivers ofTe Tai Poutini (West Coast of South Island), a place dear to our whānau. We have combined our very own art glass and recycled components to make these special new jewellery pieces.
This gorgeous brooch features a genuine vintage two cent coin (featuring our national flower, kowhai) set on a triangular ornate garden setting. A small river green glass teardop hangs from the bottom of the setting.
The brooch setting is made from brass, which has gone through an antiquing process. The brooch back is also made from brass. All components are lead, nickel, and cadmium free. Art glass has been made by Selma through the process of lampwork.
