Our unique poppy brooches have been made with made with precision and care.
This mixed metal brooch features three vintage NZ sixpence coins (with huia bird) and two one cent coins (with silver fern). They have been cleverly assembled and soldered together to form a beautiful and uniform shape of a poppy flower. The sixpence coins form the petals of the flower and the one cent coins form the centre, with each coin domed by hand.
This poppy measures 28mm x 33mm. A brooch pin has been attached to the back of the brooch.
