A new addition to our latest range, inspired by the tropics, are the yummiest looking mangoes and pineapples! Vivid, opaque colours of Venetian glass have been used to resemble these life-like juicy fruits.
These pineapples have been created with texture in mind and contain gorgeous green leaves. Vitreous enamel has been added to mangoes to create a gradual colour to resemble ripeness and a sweet tiny green leaf has been added to the top of the fruit.
You can choose from four different options (above), including the option to purchase with our new tiny buds!
Under the high heat of a specialised torch, glass has been melted and sculpted into flowers and leaves, through the process of lampwork. Complex techniques have been used to form realistic forms. Every piece has been made by Selma in her studio. Stems are 9cm long, pineapples are approximately 22-25mm from top to bottom and mangoes are around 18mm long.
Please note that these fruit stems are made to order, and take between 5 to8 business days to make.
