One of our newest bouquets comes with the sweetest little flowers, known affectionately to all as Forget Me Nots. Each flower contains five gorgeous blue petals and I have created these by adding transparent deep blue glass to opaque periwinkle blue. Then five little dots have been applied carefully to the centre of each flower, containing two different shades of yellow. The little buds have multiple shades of light to deep purple and blue, with swirls of green at their bases.
Our Forget Me Not Bouquets come in three different sizes. This bouquet is a glorious, grand-sized bouquet containing seven flowers and six buds.
The flowers measure approximately 15-19mm in diameter. The buds are 7mm and the stems are 9cm long for both flowers and buds.
All flowers are made by hand, free-form (no molds used). The lampwork technique has been used to create them, including melting Venetian glass over a super hot torch, then kiln-firing to ensure durability.
